Key Responsibilities : * Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions within the Business Program. * Prepare and organize course materials, presentations, activities, and practical exercises. * Explain business concepts clearly and connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. * Use practical examples, case studies, projects, and industry practices to enhance learners’ understanding. * Facilitate discussions, activities, and hands-on learning experiences. * Assess learners’ understanding and provide constructive feedback. * Support learners in developing practical and professional business skills. * Stay updated with current business trends, tools, technologies, and industry practices. * Collaborate with the academic and program teams to ensure the quality and consistency of the training experience. * Maintain a professional, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Areas of Expertise : We welcome trainers with expertise in one or more of the following areas: * Business Management * Marketing * Digital Marketing * Sales * Entrepreneurship * Business Development * E-Commerce * Branding * Customer Experience * Strategic Management * Project Management * Human Resources * Business Communication * Leadership & Management * Finance / Financial Management * Other relevant business-related fields Requirements : * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. * Relevant professional certifications are an advantage. * Proven experience in training, teaching, coaching, or professional development. * Strong practical and/or academic background in the relevant area of expertise. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Ability to engage learners and simplify complex concepts. * Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills. * Ability to develop practical and industry-relevant learning materials. * Professional fluency in English is preferred. * Previous experience in the education, training, or professional development sector is a plus.
