Senior Sales Officer

Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential customers through social media, email campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, and online networking. Customer Engagement: Respond to digital inquiries, qualify prospects, and build rapport using chat, email, and virtual meetings. Courses Presentations: Conduct online Courses demonstrations, highlight value propositions, and tailor pitches to specific client needs. Sales Pipeline Management: Track all prospect interactions, follow-ups, and sales stages within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Closing & Negotiation: Guide prospects through the decision-making process, negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize sales. Customer Retention: Support post-sale activities, address client issues, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling. Qualifications : Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to write compelling, persuasive emails and messages. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and virtual communication/presentation tools (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams). Self-Motivation: A highly driven, target-oriented mindset with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote or digital environment. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills to quickly understand client pain points. Must be available to start immediately. Typical KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Number of outbound touches (emails, calls, or messages) sent daily/weekly. Number of virtual meetings or product demos booked. Lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close conversion rates. Monthly or quarterly revenue and sales quota attainment.
