Ali Baba Trading provides a classifieds and advertising platform. We do not directly sell the third-party items, vehicles, properties, services, or other listings posted by users.

We do not guarantee the quality, legality, condition, delivery, ownership, availability, or accuracy of any third-party listed item or user offer.

Any transaction, meeting, delivery, payment, inspection, warranty, or dispute between buyers and sellers is the responsibility of those users.

4. Listings and User Content

Users are responsible for all listings, images, descriptions, prices, contact details, and other content they publish on Ali Baba Trading.

• Listing information must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Users must have the right to advertise the item or service they post.
• Ali Baba Trading may edit, reject, remove, or limit visibility of content that violates these Terms or platform policies.

5. Prohibited Content and Activities

Users must not post, promote, or engage in illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive activities.

• Illegal, stolen, fake, counterfeit, restricted, or prohibited items
• Misleading prices, false descriptions, duplicate spam listings, or bait advertising
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, harassment, or attempts to bypass platform controls
• Any content or transaction prohibited by Jordanian law or payment gateway requirements

6. Paid Services and Promotions

When enabled, payments on Ali Baba Trading are for platform services only, such as promoted listings, featured ads, visibility upgrades, or paid listing packages.

Payment for a platform service does not mean Ali Baba Trading owns, sells, delivers, guarantees, or endorses any third-party listed product or service.

Paid service availability, duration, placement, ranking, and performance may vary depending on platform settings, moderation, category, user behavior, and technical factors.

7. Buyer and Seller Responsibility

Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying the identity of the other party, inspecting items, confirming ownership, agreeing on price and delivery, and complying with applicable law.

Users should meet safely, avoid advance payments to unknown parties, and report suspicious activity to Ali Baba Trading.

8. Account Suspension or Removal

Ali Baba Trading may suspend, restrict, or remove accounts, listings, or access to paid services if we believe a user has violated these Terms, posted prohibited content, harmed other users, created payment risk, or misused the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

The Ali Baba Trading name, branding, interface, software, content, and design are owned by or licensed to Ali Baba Trading. Users may not copy, reproduce, misuse, or modify platform materials without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ali Baba Trading is not liable for losses arising from user-to-user transactions, inaccurate listings, unavailable items, third-party conduct, service interruptions, or indirect damages related to platform use.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
